Item Description
This 1951 premium was available from Power House Candy as well as Post Toasties. Adjustable brass ring base has word "Flying" on one side above atomic symbol with stars while the other side has the word "Saucer" plus tiny space ship accented by stars. Attached at top is a launching spinner and an original string. There is a 2" dia. aluminum "Flying Saucer" disc which fits on a post on the ring top. When the string is pulled the saucer launches rapidly into the air. The string does need to be wound tight for the flying action to properly function. Brass luster is N. Mint. The red launching wheels have some tiny paint loss from the outer edges. Scarce and Exc. See follow relating item.
