Item Description
1-3/8x2.75" similar in design to a weight machine card. From a rare 1934 series issued in Cracker Jack and Checkers packages as part of their "Mystery Club" promotion. You were to obtain three different movie star cards, correctly identify them and return all for a surprise souvenir. Each card features portrait photo on front w/text "Write Movie Star's Name Here!" w/blank area below. Back has bio text to help identify the star. This card is for Mae West w/great image of her in typical flamboyant attire. Our research leads us to believe there were 32 cards in this set, however the checklists we found did not list a Mae West card. Front has moderate aging but unused. Corner tip wear but no creases. VG.
