Item Description
8.5x11” sheet has superb art in India ink showing Hawkman punching villain Shadow Thief. Signed in ink at bottom “To Patrick With Regards: Joe Kubert ‘76”. Blank top margin edge is trimmed a bit irregularly, image area Exc. Shadow Thief was created by writer Gardner Fox and Joe Kubert, first appearing in “The Brave and Bold” #36 July, 1961. One of the nicest Kubert specialty pieces we’ve ever seen.
