Item Description
Two different near sets, both w/humorous (and a bit twisted) text/illustrations. First is Giant Size Funny Valentines issued in 1961. 53 from set of 55, each is 2.5x4.75" w/nice message/sentiment on the front while backs feature a tongue in cheek response. Jack Davis art. Missing only numbers 11 and 13. NM/Mint. Second is Insult Postcards issued in 1965. Large size 3x5.25" w/vibrant art on the fronts and postcard backs w/additional illustration. Gruesome art fronts include monsters, creatures and macabre themes. Wally Wood art. 27 of 32 (missing numbers 1,4,14,15,23). Trace of margin aging on reverse but all still NM/Mint. Comes w/7x7" waxed paper wrapper. Lt. creases as originally folded. Exc.
