13-1/8x19.5" thin DC Comics artboard has pen and ink original art for page 15 of Aug. 1988 issue of "The Shadow." Page features eight panels, w/first panel taking up almost half of page showing morbidly obese Ma Finn towering over The Shadow, who reacts w/shock. Second panel shows Shadow being attacked by Beppo the gorilla, causing him to wildly fire his Uzis, which strike Ma Finn a number of times in third panel, causing her to collapse on and break her bed, which it is revealed she hasn't left since 1972. Shadow appears in five panels. Art was for "Finale!" storyline written by Andrew Helfer w/art by Eisner Awards and Harvey Awards winner artist Kyle Baker w/inks by Baker. Stamped title at top along w/issue/page number. Some blue pencil preliminary art visible. Exc.
