Gold plastic base has clear dome top over rwb flag on white bkg. These rings were used as a premium for those renewing subscriptions c. 1948 to either the Lone Ranger or Gene Autry comic books. Superb example with vivid color flag and full gold luster on base. Essentially Mint.
