Brass base has wing and propeller design on each side below his name. From 1946. Top has small clip holding rectangular off-white plastic stone which glows a bright soft blue color in the dark. Also slides off revealing hollowed-out interior for use as secret compartment. With the stone removed, the ring top then displays the Sky King Flying Crown logo. An outstanding essentially Mint example, the best we've seen.
