Item Description
First in lot is a King Kong press book for the 1943 re-release that was double billed with “I Walked With A Zombie.” Press book measures 12” X 18” and has 8 pages. Book deals with original 1933 King Kong with articles, reviews and various posters as well as same information for “I Walked With A Zombie.” Press book has some light aging but is Exc. Second press book in lot is for the 1949 release of “Mighty Joe Young.” Yet another giant gorilla story, this film was advertised as “Mightier than King Kong!” Book measures 11” X 17” with 4 pages of reviews/articles and poster images. Some light aging but still an Exc. copy. Both of these press books were put out by RKO Radio Pictures.
