Item Description
2.75x5.5" center panel only of larger membership folder (see previous item #1886). One side has hand-inked member's name and individual number "1212." Reverse has "Schoen's Enriched Bread" imprint and as intended, four individual panels have been covered by four different "Pledge" stamps which were removed from bread cards. These stamps are #1, 5-7. Card shows obvious wear/aging, horizontal/vertical crease lines, .25" margin tear apparently where badge was once attached and tanning. Good/VG. Scarce. Comes w/2.75x4.5" thin paper card issued as a bread loaf insert w/imprint on back reading "Eat DeLorge's Prize Winner Bread." This is card #1, "A Weighty Subject" w/great image of Superman lifting falling elevator. Pledge stamp has been removed from the right margin as intended. Fine overall. Franco Toscanini Collection.
