2.25" w/W&H back paper and large paper attached on reverse at bottom of 4.25" long ribbon. Additional text on ribbon reads "Delegate Republican State Convention Des Moines July 20, 1904." Perfect centering and almost no surface wear even in reflected light. Ribbon retains all of its original gilt gold text. Essentially Mint. An unimprovable example of a striking beauty.
