Item Description
1" enamel on brass membership pin reads "Sunday Referee Shirley Temple League" with reverse name of maker "Roden/London", The high quality badge is NM, displaying Mint. While we've offered the badge regularly over the years, this is the first time it comes with a birthday card from the sponsoring newspaper. Printed in Shirley's facsimile writing is "With Love From Your President Shirley Temple" plus in ink is "Uncle Oliver". Card has postmark that appears to be "11 IV 38". Card also pictures the club badge. Exc. and rare.
