Item Description
Lot of three items issued shortly after V-E Day (May 8, 1945). 3.75x5" cast brass ashtray w/incised scene showing German surrender ceremony at Reims, France. German General Alfred Jodl is shown at center. Some scattered luster wear/aging but still VF overall. Lot also includes two hankies showing the famed Belgian Manneken Pis statue wearing Belgian hat and urinating on Nazi flag. Both show moderate wear/aging; one w/remnants of scrapbook mounting on back at corners. Fine. Other has obvious staining and is VG.
