See previous item #1407. 5.25x17" thin artboard featuring Val Mayerik's pen and ink original art in three panels, showing Howard's occasional girlfriend Beverly Switzler addressing residents of rest home, telling them that she's selling her share of "Old Coots, Inc." returning full control to her Aunt Lily. Howard appears at Bev's side in last panel. Art was for Feb, 22, 1978 strip and has Marvel copyright strip pasteover between second and third panels. All word balloons are pasteovers, w/some aging due to adhesive. Second panel has white correctional fluid correction to text. First panel also has .5x.75" spot of staining from missing pasteover. Artboard has pin holes at top right corner and some lt. handling wear but art remains clean and Exc.
