Item Description
9" long tin litho free-wheeling truck w/rubber wheels. Made in West Germany by Tippco, 1954. This is a factory error, combining the German version w/aspects of the version produced for the US/UK market. This includes "Coca-Cola" name/logo on bed topper (truck came w/trays filled w/small plastic soda bottles, not included) and on raised tin litho placard on top of cab. Sides of cab doors have German "G.M.B.H." designation. Front has plated "VW" symbol and tin litho license plates on front and back. Back of truck has "Trink Coca-Cola" German text. Back of truck has some bending to metal and driver's side door has some scattered hairline scratches. Front bumper, headlight and "VW" symbol have luster loss/wear. Fine overall.
