Item Description
Tin litho toy w/built-in key has overall size of 5x9x8" tall. Unique Art Manufacturing Co. Inc. ©1946 United Features Syndicate Inc. Toy consists of piano unit and four separate figures that attach to it. Piano is nicely illustrated on all sides including "Ole Man Mose" depicted on back. One side has poster for "Sadie Hawkins Day" and the front features sheet music for "Turnip Time By Li'l Abner." Figures are of Abner, Daisy Mae seated in front of the piano, Pappy Yokum as drummer and Mammy Yokum who sits on piano top holding baton. Works and all figures move when wound including Abner who dances. Pappy has 1/8" paint flake and .25" long line of discoloration to top of head. Toy shows lt. wear and is Fine to VF overall.
