First is two sided w/satirical $1 note at top and text in German w/headline "Greenbacks For Bonds" and opening statement "One Money For The Government, The People, The Worker, The Officials, The Soldiers, The Producer And The Bond Holder." Scattered edge tears and well flattened folds. VG. We have encountered the note before but not the full text. Second is blank back and advertises "National Greenback Meeting!" Featuring "Will O. Atkeson" speaking "On The Political Issues Of The Day And In The Interest Of The People's Party." Vertical and three horizontal folds. Clear tape on reverse stabilizing separations along folds affecting bottom half. Pencil notations, short edge tears and handling wear. Good. First we've seen.
