Item Description
Tin litho toy w/built-in key has overall size of 5x9x8" tall. Unique Art Manufacturing Co. Inc. ©1946 UFS. Toy consists of piano unit and four separate figures that attach to it. Piano is nicely illustrated on all sides including "Ole Man Mose" depicted on back. One side has poster for "Sadie Hawkins Day" and the front features sheet music for "Turnip Time By L'il Abner." Figures include Abner, Daisy Mae seated in front of the piano, Pappy Yokum as drummer and Mammy Yokum, who sits on piano top holding baton. Works and all figures move when wound including Abner who dances. Toy shows some scattered dust soiling and wear in the form of small paint nicks/scratches. Daisy's chair has vertical dent to front. Fine overall.
