Item Description
Pair of 10x12" animation sheets featuring pencil original art w/colored pencil accents from 1938 Silly Symphony featuring caricatures of many Hollywood celebrities of the day. Art shows two of The Marx Bros. as The Fiddlers Three. Drawing No. 14 with 4.25x6.75" image area features Groucho Marx playing violin w/trademark cigar in his mouth. Drawing No. 212 has 5-5/8x6.25" image area and shows Harpo Marx w/violin tucked under his chin, his other hand holding a horn-tipped bow. His tongue sticks out in comical manner. This sheet has some scattered production notes at right. Sheets have lt. aging/handling but are clean w/Exc. art.
