Item Description
7x10" stat paper sheets w/copy of art to Marvel Tales Vol. 2 #193-194 (Marvel, November 1986), the two part story featuring The Amazing Spider-Man, Yellow-Jacket and Wasp by John Byrne from Marvel Team-Up #59-60 (1977) that are hand-colored as color guides for the published reprint issue. Complete 34 story pages. Classic storyline "Some Say Spidey Will Die by Fire... Some Say by Ice!" and "A Matter of Love... and Death!" by Chris Claremont with art by John Byrne/Dave Hunt. Color artist on reprint issues was Andy Yanchus. Marvel Tales at top margin in pen and marked up w/new color break notations. Color guides are new to 1986 comic reprint issue. Lt. aging/handling wear and some tiny edge tears but overall clean. Pages may have cut in panels and corrections as part of the creative process. Overall displays VF.
