Item Description
Each is 1" litho. Produced by Geraghty & Co. DePriest was a noted civil rights activist and the first African American elected to Congress in the 20th century and the first outside of the South when the Illinois first district elected him in 1928. To oppose US entry into WWII, the America First Committee formed in September of 1939 in DePriest's home city of Chicago. Left has tiny bump in the center that is seen in reflected light. Otherwise only light surface wear on each. Exc. Historic and scarce.
