Item Description
1.75" with large text on back paper "Doutrich's Official Boy Scout Outfitters" above a tiny logo name of Newark maker W&H. Celluloid is NM as issued with incredible color and high gloss. Shows one scout with signal flags while another holds binoculars, both on a rocky outcrop. Text around "4th  Annual Boy Scout Celebration/Schuylkill County." We know of examples with similar design from the first event in 1918 and from the sixth event in 1921. This fourth even is from 1921 and the only example known to us. Designed as a souvenir from a very early event in the history of scouting in America.
