7/8". No maker. From the 1918 Senate midterm elections. Clarence Watson was a Senator from West Virginia from 1911-1913, but was defeated in the 1912 election. He was defeated again by Republican Nathan Goff in 1918. Only minor wear in reflected light. NM.
