4" overall w/ 1.25" cello. Ribbons read "Washington 1776", "Wilson 1917", and "Lincoln 1861". Ribbons have some areas of thinness, as well as fading to text and moderate overall handling wear. Fine. Button has trivial cello separation along collet at 11 o'clock that is stable and does not affect display. Still Exc. An attractive inaugual display piece.
