Item Description
Card of ink blotter-like stock is 3.25x6". Top edge .25" tear and lower edge has been trimmed. Fine, clean and unusual. Ribbon is 2x6.5" dated for 1932 election day and with pinned-on 5/8" "Hoover" button. Slight age tone and light creases. Fine and Rare.
