Item Description
Issues #s 21 and 23 published by DC Comics Jan.-Feb. and May-Jun., 1947. Both feature stories by Wonder Woman creator Charles Moulton (also the creator of the Lie Detector) and feature art by classic Golden Age Wonder Woman artist H.G. Peter. Issue features story from Wonder Woman's childhood and features kangaroo cover. Both issues feature appearances by Wonder Woman's Invisible Plane. Issue #21 has 1.5" tear along top right-hand margin and 1/8x.25" chip to bottom margin. .5" strip of aging along right-hand side. Name and date inked on cover. Small tears at staples though cover remains firmly attached. Back cover has .25x.5" chip to top marging and 2.5" corner off with archival tape repair. Good/VG. #23 had pinch creases/tears to spine with a 2.5" spine split at bottom and small tears along right-hand and bottom edge margins. 1/8x.25" and 1/8x.75" chips along bottom margin. Upper right-hand corner has .25x.75" chip. Good/VG.
