Item Description
Published Apr.-May, 1949. Story features The Justice Society of America. Cover features Wonder Woman, The Flash and Green Lantern chasing phantom back robbers. In addition to these characters, story features Dr. Midnite, The Atom, Hawkman and Black Canary. Story features neat panel showing The Justice Society running by billboard with their image on it that reads "The Justice Society of America Says...Buy U.S. Savings Bonds." Back cover features Daisy BB guns ad featuring Red Ryder and Little Beaver and two premium books featuring them as well as Fawcett characters Captain Marvel, Ibis and Robotman. Cover has obvious aging at margins and pinch creases to spine with a 3" sliver missing from back cover, and a 2.5" archival tape repair. Back cover has more noticeable aging at margins. VG.
