11x13.75" frame contains professionally matted color photo image of Jackie in elegant gown. This image has a streak of markings along left which appear to be from postal cancellation. Along with this image is matted birthday card which reads "While It's True You May Find These Next Few Birthdays Aggravating...Take Solice In The Fact That On Your One-Hundredth You Receive A Congratulatory Telegram From The President." Jackie has then signed in black ink "Much Love Darling Yush, Jackie." Displays Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
