Item Description
c. 1960. Japan. 5.5” tall, 4.5” long, 2.25” wide tin litho with rubber hands, fringed waist, cuffs and drum. Built-in key on back. When wound, arms beat drum rapidly as figure moves back and forth on rocker base. Aging to fringe, base has trace of scattered lt. wear and figure has a few tiny dots of missing color but o/w VF. Working. Nicely designed.
