Item Description
3-3/8x5-3/8" published by Azo c. 1914 has interesting scene showing 13 players in uniform including three wearing overcoats with large letter "A" walking across field followed by huge Navy parade including band and sailors with lone photographer at right. Card has some lt. dust soil with a 1" diagonal hairline scratch at lower left of front and tiny crease at upper right corner tip. Unused and Fine. The United States began a six month occupation of Veracruz, Mexico which began with the Battle of Veracruz and lasted from April to Nov., 1914. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
