Item Description
11x12-7/8" stiff art paper has 10.25x12.5" India ink image area with all text in Spanish. Caption at top loosely translates to "No Mediator To Stop The Rain." Scene has four mascots with Licey Tiger holding bat running through rain telling eagle who is wearing crown and glove "Who With Me Is Neglected Loses." Lion runs in bkg. with bats saying "I'm Leading This Round" as elephant running next to him happily says "I Will Come In The Second Round." Art is signed in ink at lower right "Octavio 30/6/53." Lt. handling wear. Unique and Fine. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
