c.1940 adjustable brass ring by Robbins, with same eagle and shield design on each side as on the Captain Midnight Flight Commander ring from 1941. Top has large red enamel paint check mark design which was a symbol used in a Skelly gasoline promotion in the mid-west. Ring top has two pinpoint dots of red off and very slight luster loss. VF and very rare, this being our first example in over a decade.
