This piece is 1-3/8" dia. with a .75" long metal tab inscribed "Bend Here" folded over on the reverse. Front of the piece has interesting multi-color design with detective using sunglasses and hat as a disguise. On the left a large dog lunges forward. Extensive text on the back of the piece, partially covered by the tab, reads "This Badge Is The First Gift In The Boys' Magazine Detective Outfit. Gifts Including Invisible Ink, Finger-print Tester, Mystery Message Maker, Duplicator, Etc., Free Every Week In Boys' Magazine." This is the actual example shown in Hake's Pop Culture Guide as PUL-9. Badge has trivial 3/16" hairline scratch on far right edge but condition remains a solid NM. Only example known to us.
