Unlisted in Hake. 3.5". Metal covered back with bar pin and a cut out slot so something else could be inserted although we've never seen another example with any additional object. Front of the piece has paragraph of text giving bearer permission to go through police lines with facsimile signature of "Robert V. Murray/Chief Of Police." Serial number is "374" and button carries text "Inaugural Committee." A very limited issue. NM displaying Mint.
