10x25” archival mat has 6x20-7/8” opening. India ink image area has Alley Oop in all four panels for Sept.23. Oop is running w/his stone ax and can’t find his friends when he is startled by pretty woman and her tribe. She tells Oop “They’re Not Lost-Just In Protective Custody of the Mostapo…and So Are You!” Signed by creator “V.T. Hamlin” in ink in panel three, complete w/NEA copyright strip. Lt. vertical crease in blank area between center panels as mailed, otherwise Exc. Well drawn WWII example, including dinosaur silhouette in panel one.
