Rim around larger end reads "Tom Mix Ralston Straight Shooter." Contained inside is a gold plastic 1.75" working birdcall. Included is a 5.5x7" ad clipped from a Sunday Comic page. Top and bottom margins each have small piece of clear tape with small crease on upper left corner but displaying cleanly. Last is 9x12" sheet of paper that was folded to fit the box and which contains essentially a catalog of available premiums as well as instructions on the multi uses which the premium itself can be put to. The pictured premiums include rare Tom Mix tee-shirt, glow in dark belt, glow in dark spurs, signal arrowhead and compass gun and signal whistle. This premium was offered in 1950 and other than a Ralston coloring book featuring Tom was the final original issue premium along with the Tiger-Eye ring and the RCA Victor miniature TV also offered the same year.
