3x5x5-3/8" tall china wall-hanging holder w/wooden hinged lid for storing matches. Unmarked but by Faiencerie d'Onnaing China Co. of France. 1936. Front features large "Allumettes" French text (for "Matches") and small full body decals of Pluto and Minnie Mouse, w/small "Walt Disney" name underneath Pluto image. Underside has "Walt Disney" stamp and incised number "820" as well as maker's marking. Wooden lid has nearly 1" crack on underside by original screw (both of which have oxidation), but this does not show on top and aside from some scattered aging, still displays VF.
