c. late 1930s. Grumbacher art board has 15.5x17.25” image area w/17 different signed drawings in various mediums including India ink, gouache, and pencil. Artists and images include: Metti (woman’s head), Russell Patterson (woman’s head), Earl Oliver Hurst (woman’s head), Harry Beckoff (construction workers looking at Hurst woman), Tony Sarg (winking policeman), Mario Cooper (woman’s head), George de Zayas (woman’s head), Otto Soglow (The Little King), Bradshaw Crandall (woman’s head), Wallace Morgan (well-dressed couple), Karl Godwin (old man w/beret), Ray Prohaska (woman adjusting stocking), Dean Cornwell (old man), Harve Stein (man), William Oberhardt (men on sound stage), Fred Cooper (nervous man looking out of covered wagon at Stoops drawing)), Herbert Morton Stoops (full figure Native American).
