GROUP OF B.P.O.E., MASONIC AND KNIGHTS OF PYTHIAS BUTTONS.
First is 1.5” with a large Elk at center rearing up on hind legs and reading “Member Lodge No. 481 Ill. State Ass’n B.P.O.E., Belleville 1921”. Copper hanging pendent with Elk, clock, and “B.P.O.E.” held in place by spring pin. Minor surface wear. NM. Second has Masonic two headed eagle with “32” on breast. Bottom scroll reads “Spes Mea In Deo Es” translated to “My Hope Is In God”. Complete with Ehrman backpaper. Faint age spots at extreme edges just visible on front. Exc. Third is 1.25” sepia toned real photo button reading “Founder Of The Order Knights Of Pythias Justin H. Rathbone”. Original pin gone replaced with spring pin and complete with "Indianapolis 8 ½" backpaper. NM. Fourth is 1.25” multicolor button featuring image of Rathbone, ancient Rome scene and log cabin scene. Mint.
