CHICAGO TRIBUNE AWARDED BICYCLE MEDAL.
1.5" bronze luster metal with ring through tiny hole on top edge as made plus second ring. Front left has "ABL" shield and right shows man on racing bicycle. Above both of these elements is a small star design w/very tiny inset ruby-colored stone. Ribbon design around top reads "Amateur Bicycle League" while bottom edge reads "Championship." Below shield on a small ribbon is the engraved state abbreviation "Dela" and below this is the word "District." Reverse has large letter "T" inscribed "Chicago Tribune" and engraved in the metal at the top is "1923 Senior" and engraved in the metal below is the name "J. Taylor." Below is maker's name "Wm. Schridde, Chicago." Some areas of front may once have had brighter luster but condition remains extremely Fine.
