Item Description
2.25". Some silvering off the center of the mirror and a dot from one edge but well over 90% remaining. Curl names maker Parisian Novelty Co., Chicago. The image is printed on fabric substance with a very fine texture. There are a number of tiny grey marks against the black background and a tiny edge nick by the letter "H" of "With." There is a very faint .25" line vertically above the start of his name which seems to be a little trace of ink on the surface. Nicknamed "Smilin Stan" he played his entire career with the Chicago Cubs 1932-1947. This piece is from the 1930s and while condition is just Very Good it is a rarity. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
