Item Description
These exact two 1.25" buttons are pictured on page 117 of Baseball Pinback Buttons. The one from early 1900s reads "Root For The Browns And Green Sheet Star." This has St. Louis Button Co. back paper. Couple of trivial oxidation dots on the collet. Front has light spotting on the light blue rim but still displays well and with full gloss. Second has back paper from the same company and pictures Roger Hornsby with text "Browns' Boys Club Member 1935." This is essentially Mint. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
