Right top and bottom corners have crossed flags reading "No Surplus" and "Low Taxes" mirrored left side flags read "Tariff Reform" and "For Revenue Only". Two tiny holes at top left not affecting any design elements. Tiny break in stitched outer edge at 12 o'clock. Three tiny stains in white area of central striped ribbon motif and minor soiling in upper right quadrant. Most noticeable stain is a vertical 1" dark brown mark at bottom right.
