Item Description
2.5x7.5". Unlisted in Sullivan/Fischer book. Additional text "Washington, D.C., March 4, 1905". Triangle notch cut at bottom as made and two tiny less than .25" tears on left inner edge near bottom of ribbon. Several small brown stains clustered just above center and tiny pin holes near top border most notable on left hand side. Otherwise only faint wear from light use. Fine. First we have seen.
