6x13.5". Vertical format felt pennant with raised gold gilt paint reading "Souvenir 1909". At top center is an applied paper jugate image. Oval portraits are accented by flanked American flags and a large eagle at center with text "E Pluribus Unum" in a wreath. Additional text reads "Inauguration March 4, 1909." Faint toning of paper and traces of minor wear otherwise extremely clean and vibrant. Exc. Rare.
