Item Description
1.5” shows photo of man in work clothes and cap standing with some sort of object in one hand in the foreground of a ten strand wire fence. Tiny text at photo center reads “Pat’d Aug. 22, ’99.” Faint bit of grey tone along the bottom edge around the word “Fence” is as printed. Button is essentially Mint and with high gloss and almost no surface wear. Included is black on pale red button paper from Gowdy, Coldwater, Mich. which also has an individual’s name written in pencil around the circumference along with town name that appears to be “Jonesville.” A beautiful and rare button.
