Item Description
First is 2-3/8” original card reading “Compliments Of Avery Company.” This has high relief embossed brass bulldog stickpin positioned against the printed design of his doghouse. Some luster off his face but overall still Exc. and the only example of the card we’ve ever seen. Remaining pins are all brass and 2” to 2.5” tall. First is a rare stickpin for a traction engine showing a game rooster on a stump with text on the stump “American Abell/Cock Of The North Line.” Light tarnish. Next and with a duplicate is figural depicting young boy in hat with panel text below “First In The Land.” This was the slogan for Waterloo Boy tractor c. 1920. Next is die cut oval on a pin. Text “’Acme’ Pulverizing Harrow-Duane H. Nash, Inc.” Tiny touch of tarnish. Next showing wheel and plow blade is for “Racine/Sattley Co.” Last is figural depicting a plow with text “Chattanooga/The Crop Maker.” All are NM to Mint except as noted.
