Item Description
2.75” oval with several streaks and numerous dots of silvering off but with silvering about 90% complete. The celluloid is Exc. and displays Mint. Real photo of the car and with color tinting accents dated for 1909 and issued by the dealer Henry H. Van Brunt Co. a famous early dealer in Council Bluffs, Iowa and Sioux Falls, South Dakota (also see lot #639). The shown price of this car in 1909, $1500, would be the equivalent of just about $39,000 today. A very attractive, very early and very rare auto mirror.
