Fawcett Publications. Both issues feature Otto Binder stories. First is "Minute Man" #3, Spring 1941. Phil Bard and Dave Berg art. Bondage cover. Next is "Master Comics" #16, July 1941. Charles Sultan, George Tuska and Mac Raboy art. Minute Man cover and story as well as a Bulletman story. Cover pulling at top staple but still attached. Both have cream to off-white pages. Overall lt. aging and wear. Lt. oxidation to staples. Average grade for pair VG.
