Item Description
8.5" long. Features a graphic label with portrait of Hughes. Housed in an older plastic wrapper with two piece of tape at top and bottom. Tobacco is brittle but stable with only minor flaking and a few tiny insect holes typical for age. Label has some trivial faint light brown marks from tobacco contained to the extreme edges and not affecting portrait. Fine.
