2.25x8.5". Unlisted in Sullivan/Fischer. Issued to "Club President" for an event on "August 16, 1916" with additional text reading "Platform". Features an imposing eagle with large shield at chest and rays beaming in background. Eagle holds a banner in its beak reading "E Pluribus Unum". Faint spots of toning and a horizontal fold just below eagle design. VF.
